If glyphosate is in the soil of your garden or field it will be taken up by the plants and will result in glyphosate contamination of your crop. This test will tell you the glyphosate status of your soil. Increasing the microbial activity in the soil will accelerate breakdown of the glyphosate. This can be done by adding active organic compost to the soil. Non-organic compost, made using manure from animals that ate feed containing glyphosate can contaminate your soil with glyphosate. Avoid such compost.
